1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website (datatrailbase.click) or registering for workshops, diagnostic consultations, or educational cohorts provided by DataTrail Base Academy ("DataTrail Base," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Korea. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site or enrolling in our programs.
2. Educational Scope & Non-Advisory Disclaimer
DataTrail Base operates strictly as an educational institution providing instruction in technical chart analysis, market geometry, and risk management principles.
Important Notice: None of the materials, lectures, laboratory exercises, chart reviews, or communications provided by DataTrail Base constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. We do not manage capital, provide personalized trade signals, or recommend the purchase or sale of any specific security, commodity, currency, or financial derivative. All charting exercises are conducted on historical or simulation data for pedagogical illustration only.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All course syllabi, physical and digital workbooks, lecture slides, proprietary spreadsheets, chart templates, and website content are the exclusive intellectual property of DataTrail Base Academy and are protected by Korean copyright laws and international intellectual property treaties.
Enrolled students are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use course materials solely for individual educational study. You may not reproduce, redistribute, record, livestream, resell, or publicly display any course materials without our prior written consent.
4. Workshop Enrollment & Conduct
We reserve the right to decline admission or cancel the registration of any participant whose behavior disrupts classroom instruction, harasses fellow students or instructors, or violates our code of academic integrity. In the event of dismissal due to misconduct, no tuition refund will be granted.
5. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall DataTrail Base, its founder Jung Hyunwoo, instructors, or staff be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or speculative losses arising from your personal market activities, trading decisions, or the application of concepts discussed during training. You acknowledge that financial trading carries substantial inherent risk of financial loss.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea (KR), without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal proceeding arising out of or relating to these terms or our educational services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Ulsan, Republic of Korea.
7. Modifications to Terms
DataTrail Base reserves the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use the website or participate in programs after revisions are published, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.
